The Chumak Way of Ukrainian Identity: A Journey to Ourselves

Strengthening the Ukrainian identity of residents in the Odesa region by promoting cultural and historical heritage through the use of cutting-edge technologies, specifically by creating the “Chumak Way” tourist route based on the unique natural attractions of the Kuialnytskyi National Nature Park, which will include both offline and online activities facilitated by VR technologies.

In addition, through immersion in historical and cultural heritage and the use of psychological stress relief and relaxation techniques, both offline and online visitors will experience emotional calm and inner harmony. And thanks to the implementation of immersive technologies, this product will be accessible to inclusive segments of the population. The project will contribute to the study and promotion of tangible and intangible cultural heritage, the development of restorative tourism, and the implementation of innovative methods of psychological rehabilitation.
