Kuialnytskyi NNP Wins Its First Grant

The first grant application submitted by Kuialnytskyi National Nature Park and its partners as part of the “Chumak Way” project for cultural and tourism initiatives has officially won!

The Swiss UCORD project has just announced that our application, titled “Chumak Way,” was the only winning entry from the Odesa region. Out of 46 total applications submitted to the UCORD project, only 8 were selected as winners. The grant agreement will be signed this Friday in Kyiv, and we look forward to sharing more project details soon.

This program aims to support partnerships between the public and non-profit sectors that demonstrate how culture contributes to regional development. Applications were evaluated by an independent commission of international and Ukrainian experts, which included a series of interviews with the finalists.

The “Clusters of Revival” grant program is part of the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Cohesion and Regional Development of Ukraine” (UCORD), supported by Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and implemented by NIRAS Sweden AB.

Thank you all for your support! This victory is the first step toward a bright future for the Kuialnytskyi National Nature Park.
