[ Education ]

Through environmental awareness — in harmony with nature

We believe that learning about nature should be fun and exciting! The Kuialnytskyi National Nature Park is not only a place for recreation but also a center for environmental education, where we instill a love of nature in the heart of every visitor.

A true understanding of the importance of environmental protection is born when we work together with communities to preserve nature and cultural heritage. That is why we organize tours, workshops, and eco-activities that inspire both adults and children.

Children learn about the lives of animals and plants during interactive sessions and fun lectures, discovering the amazing world of nature for themselves.

Information stands are being installed in the park where visitors can learn more about the flora, fauna, and uniqueness of the Kuialnyk Estuary. For those who want to explore nature more deeply, a nature school will soon open—a place where everyone can feel like a researcher and uncover new secrets of the wild.

[ Our Goal ]

We foster environmental awareness and an active community

Our goal is to foster an environmental culture, engage the public in nature conservation, greening initiatives, community cleanup efforts, environmental education, and the promotion of a sustainable lifestyle.

To that end, we:

  • We are implementing innovative approaches—integrating modern concepts into environmental education programs at educational institutions, promoting new methodologies, and developing guidelines for fostering environmental ethics and aesthetics
  • We are promoting environmental awareness by informing the public through the media, social media, printed materials, and educational resources
  • We promote environmental awareness by creating interactive educational projects and photo galleries, organizing events, and sharing information about rare species and ecosystems in need of protection
  • We develop informational materials—we prepare and publish brochures, guidebooks, flyers, and teaching guides on environmental education and nature conservation
  • We shape public opinion—we support initiatives to preserve biodiversity in all areas of public life
  • We organize events—lectures, seminars, conferences, debates, quizzes, and environmental games
  • Exploring routes — surveying nature trails and educational trails
  • We support initiatives—we help establish information centers, eco-schools, clubs, associations, and camps
[ We conduct ]

Environmental education the park's activities

We work closely with secondary and higher education institutions—schools, lyceums, gymnasiums, and universities. Together with teachers and students, we carry out joint educational projects, organize field trips, environmental education events, and themed outdoor lessons.

All these initiatives help foster a positive attitude toward nature, cultivate the ability to appreciate its beauty and harmony, and, most importantly, raise awareness of the need to preserve it as a shared responsibility of everyone.

School lessons and lectures

We introduce students to the park’s biodiversity, environmental issues, and ways to address them

Classes with students

We offer internships, opportunities to participate in research, and joint environmental projects

Field trips and field research

Field trips to the park for hands-on nature study

Themed events

We celebrate environmental awareness days by engaging the community in contests, campaigns, and interactive events

[ Our Initiatives ]

We are developing territory and communities

Territory and communities

We believe that a true understanding of the importance of environmental protection is fostered when we work together with local residents. That is why we actively collaborate with communities to organize events that combine the preservation of nature and cultural heritage.

Our initiatives include:

  • Guided tours of the park, where everyone can learn more about the unique flora and fauna.
  • Workshops and themed events for the whole family that introduce participants to environmental principles and nature conservation methods.

Environmental education for children

Children are our future, which is why we place special emphasis on instilling in them a love of nature. Our interactive activities and fun-filled lessons help children understand the importance of protecting the environment.

Children will happily learn:

  • The wildlife of our park.
  • How important it is to protect nature, and what everyone can do to help

Information and educational materials

We believe it is important not only to educate people but also to give them access to information about nature.

In our park, you will find:

  • Thematic displays that highlight the diversity of the flora and fauna, the unique features of the Kuialnyk Estuary, and the work of the nature reserve.
  • Brochures and handouts that serve as wonderful mementos and help visitors learn more about nature even after their visit.

Science School for Researchers

We plan to establish a nature school that will serve as a true hub for exploring nature. If you want to feel like a real explorer, this school is just for you!

At our nature school, you can:

  • Watch birds and study plants.
  • Join researchers on field trips, which will give you a sense of being part of the scientific community.

Let Nature Inspire

Let Nature Inspire Us: We strive to ensure that everyone who visits the Kuialnyk Estuary feels the inspiration of nature anad understands how important it is to preserve it for future generations. We are confident that by supporting education and awareness, we can all work together to preserve this unique corner of nature for the future.
