Project Objective

Enhancing the economic, cultural, and recreational potential of the communities in the Kuialnyk agglomeration by establishing a comprehensive vision for its development, formulating policies to support cultural and creative industries, identifying strategic directions and projects for the development of the Kuialnyk Valley Tourist and Creative Cluster within the “Chumak Way” project, as well as the creation of new jobs and value chains.

Project Objectives

  1. Ensure the legal establishment of the Kuialnyk Valley Tourist and Creative Cluster within the “Chumak Way” project as a foundation for further cooperation and development of the creative, cultural, innovation, tourism, and other sectors within the metropolitan area.
  2. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the park and the communities within the Kuialnyk agglomeration, including priorities, challenges, existing cultural and creative industries, opportunities for their development, as well as a preliminary plan for the park’s layout and functional zoning.
  3. Identify promising areas for the development of the Kuialnyk agglomeration and the Kuialnyk Valley Tourist and Creative Cluster (as a driver of development) through research, discussions, events, and pilot initiatives aimed at building engagement with target audiences and creating conditions conducive to the development of entrepreneurship.
  4. Develop a conceptual vision and strategic development goals for the Kuialnyk agglomeration and the Park in particular, including a Development Plan and a Territorial Organization Plan; formulate a policy for the development of cultural and creative industries; identify competitive growth areas for the Kuialnyk Valley Tourist and Creative Cluster; and create an initial package of measures and projects.
