Project goal:

To enhance the economic, cultural, and recreational potential of the Kuialnyk Agglomeration communities by forming a holistic vision for its development, creating policies to support cultural and creative industries, identifying strategic directions and projects for the development of the “Chumak Way” tourism and creative cluster, and generating new jobs and value-added chains.

Project objectives:

To formalize the legal structure of the “Chumak Way” cluster as a foundation for further cooperation and development of the creative, cultural, innovative, and tourism sectors within the agglomeration.

To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the Kuialnyk National Nature Park and the communities of the Kuialnyk Agglomeration, including their priorities, challenges, existing cultural and creative industries, development opportunities, and a preliminary plan for the park’s spatial and functional zoning.

To identify promising development directions for the Kuialnyk Agglomeration and the “Chumak Way” cluster (as a development driver) through research, public discussions, stakeholder engagement events, and pilot initiatives that build connections with target audiences and create favorable conditions for entrepreneurship.

To develop a conceptual vision and strategic development goals for the Kuialnyk Agglomeration and the Park, including a Development Plan and a Park Organization Project; to establish a cultural and creative industries development policy, define competitive growth zones of the “Chumak Way” cluster, and design a starter package of measures and projects.
