[ The Kuyalnik Project ]

Project Objective

Define a conceptual vision for the development of the Kuialnyk agglomeration as an integrated socio-economic, cultural, and environmental entity that unites the communities surrounding the Kuialnyk Estuary.

Formulate strategic goals and key priorities aimed at improving the quality of life for the population and developing the territory’s recreational, tourism, and environmental conservation potential.

[ Our Mission ]

Project Objectives

  1. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current status of local communities that have already joined forces through cooperation, and those that may join the next round of amalgamation, the Kuialnytskyi National Nature Park (as one of the key drivers of development), as well as existing strategic planning documents and regulatory frameworks that create conditions for the development of cooperation, the formation of the Kuialnyk agglomeration, and the creation of new growth poles in the region.
  2. To study successful Ukrainian and international examples of community development in areas that have established or plan to establish urban agglomerations located near natural parks and other sites that can serve as key drivers of development. To establish a database of potential partners for entities within the Kuialnyk urban agglomeration as part of interregional and international cooperation.
  3. Define the conceptual vision, strategic goals, directions, and principles for the development of the Kuialnyk agglomeration, including through research and discussions, and develop a development concept for the Kuialnyk agglomeration and its optimal configuration.
